At Amer Service, we provide professional support services including visa processing, business setup, document assistance, and related government services in the United Arab Emirates.

1. No Refunds After Service Initiation

• Once a request has been submitted and initiated, payments are non-refundable.
• This includes government fees and administrative charges.

2. Refund Eligibility (Before Initiation)

• If cancelled before submission to authorities, partial refunds may be granted.
• Refund excludes consultation and bank/payment charges.

3. Cancellation Requests

Requests must be made via email (info@amerservice.info) or phone (+971 563032309) before initiation of the service.

4. Non-Refundable Services

• Visa applications once submitted
• Government fees, typing, or attestation charges
• Business setup applications already filed

5. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
